Nearly native, Tia moved to St. Petersburg from Long Island in her early elementary school years. A graduate of St. Petersburg High School, Tia took advantage of opportunities combining education and travel.
Landing safely back in St. Petersburg after 12 years away, she realized that there is no place like home!

As a licensed Real Estate Broker for 25 years, Tia has experience in Commercial and Residential Sales, Leasing and Property Management. She is a certified and experienced 1031 Exchange Agent, a member of Prestigious Million Dollar Guild and has earned the CLHMS Designation as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
Her many volunteer services include Historic Preservation Boardmember with the City of St. Pete Beach, President of The Historic Fish Broil (established in the 1930's), Taste of The Beaches Committee with the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce, Community Event Organizer for Belle Vista Civic Association, Past President of the MLK/9th Street Business District, Past Vice President of the Council of Business Associations, Council for the Brownfield Designation Committee (Dome Industrial District), Planning and Rezoning/Development Committee for Grand Central District, Past President Montessori By The Sea School PTO, USO-Frankfurt, Ronald McDonald House-St. Petersburg, and the Pass-a-grille Woman's Club.
